RegnaTimeOut! is the ultimate set of tools for create proactive habits for emotion management and control. It uses the skills learnt in our Award winning RegnaTales series of apps (available for free).

The user can now create habits from all the skills learnt during the Regnatales Gameplay and use them immediately with our RegnaTimeOut! app to help themselves to relax, and regain control of their emotional state.
